Well technically I can, but there's not a single brown hair. It's all white, and it's some of the thickest and fastest growing hair on my face. Is this normal? Also, it doesn't connect with my beard, and on one side of my face the beard doesn't connect with the sideburn, and it's been like that for months, it's only a few centimetres away, Is this normal for a guy my age?

Yep, nothing to worry about.

Im nearly 22, and my facial hair growth is low... I have a Moutstache, some hair around the neck area and on the chin, etc... but I wouldnt worry, for your age, it is likely to increase and have a noticeable difference in the coming years

Don't worry about it. It's very normal for an 18 year old to still have a lot of light colored hairs. Even though it was thick, I had blonde hairs in my soul patch until I was 30.

At your age I had the same issue. I thought it was terrible that my pigment was so odd, and as I got older it just remained blonde / white, but sprinkeled a little bit of brown in there. You may dislike it at the moment, but one thing these guys all told me when I was a teenager was that eventually I'd appreciate the multiple colors of my beard rather than despize them. That was very true.

If you want, google some blonde beards, or look at some dudes that look like vikings. It can be a pretty sweet style.

Just stick with it man, it'll all come in time and the color may change as well.

i'm trying to find some pics from the time i was 20 ( im 22 now ) i think that even when i turned 21 still had no moustache, now i may not have a very well developed moustache, but i have a moustache (finally) and my soulpatch has just begun to develop a couple of months ago, so i wouldn't worry, all my beard was ligth blond when it first grew, but now is almost all dark brow like my hair.

Well light blonde/white, I can't tell the difference. Like vellus hairs, but faster growing and more of a pain I suppose. You're probably not going to see those hairs in the pictures though, I keep it shaved because I don't like the look of it. I'll try and get a closeup of how dense the stubble is though, so you can get a general idea.

I've also been growing out my beard for a few weeks now, sort of a chinstrap going on right now, but as I said before, the connection is really bad on the right side of my face. It's just really sparse, you'll be able to see what I mean when I can get some pics uploaded. I have a webcam, but that's really not going to do it justice with the crappy quality and all. Unless, you know, you need pictures RIGHT NOW, lol.

Camera was lost a few months ago, so yeah.. I only have older pics, from before the summer.

Actually, you can see it in this picture I dug up from June, I think. All the hair on the front of my face is white like that, only under the chin and around the face is it brown..

I agree with Phil, don't worry about the colour of your stache relative to the rest of your beard. All beards develop differently. Some guys get stache area early on, others get the side burns first as you seem to be doing. It's all perfectly normal. As time passes your side burns will get thicker and darker, but so too will the stache. Though you should understand that for some guys even though their stache is thick and fully developed, it may be a different shade compared with the rest of their beard. Exactly how your beard will turn out no one can say, but it is comming and there is no indication that it is any different than many others have had at your age. So sit back let it all grow out in its own time, and grow those styles you can manage when you can manage them.
