I figured that I would share my tattoo.... soon to be tattoos. I am afraid that mine are not as intricate as the others but they are meaningful to me. The
one that I have is of a Tribal Lizard on my left shoulder. I took the drawing of the lizard from a skech that I did as a child. Lizards are one of the most
adaptable ceatures on earth. I feel that I am extremely adaptable and have had to do so throughout my life thus far, and I am still relatively young. My second
one I am getting is of the Japanese Kanji symbol for Creativity. I know most people think it is a cop out doing the asian lettering but. I had to search the
streets of Toronto to find a man that could translate it for me. NO tatoo parlour had the 3 symbol translation. Many had art, creative, create, imagination...
but that isn't what I want. I want CREATIVITY. a 92 year old man used ink and some weird pen to write it for me onto fine rice paper as his daughter
translated for him so we could talk. I want this one on my lower right waist/hip. My only reservation is that the hair kind of gets in the way and I don't
wanna keep having to shave a spot to see the tatoo. My dad thinks the back of my calf would be good but it poses the same problm and I haven't heard the
best things about leg tattoos.

I Have three tattoos and will post pictures of them soon. I don't have any pictures of them on my computer so I will have to take some. But I have a 1/2
sleeve of Black & Grey wind and clouds surrounding color cherry blossoms on my right arm and a Bonsai tree in the mountains with kanji numbers 3,5,8, below
it on my right foot and a Godsmack tribal sun on my left chest.

Thank you Lebanese. I would suggest drawing one of your own...even if you're not an artist. Once you have the basic idea down then take it to a friend or
someone you know that is a good artist. Have them perfect it. After that find a VERY good tat artist and have it done.

Hey guys I think all the tat pictures look great & have gotten me thinking about the relative nature of beards, tats & bald heads. There was a time when tattoos where very underground (sailors, bike gangs) & a time when bald heads (especially on younger guys) where rare hence many Kojak comments men endured then (but Kojak is out of most peoples memory today). Yet, today tattoos are very mainstream with shows like Miami Ink, the many tattoo magazines & the many soccer moms I know who have them. I can't go to my local gym & not see about 20 different people with tattoos (Ifull disclosure, I have one on my left shoulder, a nautical compass I got in Prague after spending a summer there. Long story , but the guy who gave me the tattoo was from Chicago 
Does anyone know of tattoo boards on the internet where people who have them seek refuge because they don't feel accepted? When it comes to bald heads there is even a special razor for guys to keep their heads shaved, The Blade, I believe. There was a recent TV segment on the inventor & he is now a millionaire. There are body modification boards such as www.bmezine.com or www.bodymod.org they tend to contain from simple tattoos to very hardcore body modification so
I'd say enter if you know you can stomach it. I am unsure of any specific tattoo only sites but for anyone who just wants some inspiration Id say have a
look on www.bmeink.com
