I was looking more for a good 'grandpa' advice (home methods)
Tandetaa wrote:Have washed it few times but no effect yet... Itch is getting more and more nasty... Not sure if its because the skin is too oily of too dry.

Need to throughly cleanse face first (get rid of any oils etc) dry for a bit. Then use /attempt head and shoulders - need to really work it in and leave for 5 mins.
Head & Shoulders works by taking the entire dead skin layer off - so will look like more dandruff to start with.

If that doesn't work, you could go a few days using nothing at all on your beard and see if that helps....I haven't had to deal with this. Maybe someone who has had a more challenging experience will chime in - but it might come down to a bit of trial and error - since I think the balance for each guy's skin is a little different.
