veeceejr; I've just ordered a pork pie hat for the warmer weather so shall show it off when the sun shines!
imaginary; Thanks for your input Sir!
A couple of weeks since my last photo update & still pleased with the progress, even the moustache is filling out! I'm at that point where I want to take the scissors to it just to thin out & tidy up the cheek area but will hold out until the conclusion of the St Patricks challenge & see if extra weight & gravity will work as I've previously commented, the length isn't the problem, just to much bulk to the sides, makes me look as though my face has been taken over by to much beard! Just my opinion.
Taken today after shower & blow dried.

You're probably right Sean, just one of my many perfection issues I suffer with, needs members of this board to help me get a realistic grip! Thanks for comments, much appreciated Sir.

MileHigh wrote:Wonderful update, Stevie. It looks great. I must say, your beard is so evenly proportioned, it really does look nigh perfect to me. I'd say don't touch a hair.

birdbeard......That last photo update was straight after blow drying, later in the day it settles down & begins to look more lived in!
veeceejr......The pork pie hat arrived a couple of days ago, shall post a photo when there's a bit of sunshine here in the U/K.
gato.......In this photo it looks a bit to coiffured, I prefer it more the next day after laying on it, takes away the 'fluffy' look!
DanoM.......I am paying more attention to the moustache, It grows slower than the beard, it needs more length to the ends in my opinion!
TheDude1981.....Yes, I do use balm & it helps, I'm also hoping that extra weight, length & gravity will help it lay better!
BB.....Blow drying is a must for me as it curls & flicks up if left to dry naturally, as commented above it settles down during the day giving it a more 'wild, look
AvT23.....Thank you Sir!
Trick.....Your right Richard, the inevitable is inevitable!!
adsb......One of the reasons I grow a beard, to hide the double chin, hope that's saved you from falling in that hole your digging Oscar & family all well
bfrnr......The feeling of my beard brushing against my neck I like, not long enough for the shoulders yet! As for the colour, all white like yours is my preference to shades of grey!

Beard69......I won't have that Dirk! Those 'shitty' curls look far from shitty, don't put yourself down Sir. You have a admirable beard,
TheGreatBook.....I intend to keep growing this bad boy out & thanks for your visit to my thread Sir. Hope you managed to source the hat, below is one that recently arrived, a grey straw pork pie for the sunnier weather!
