So, my suggestion is to let it grow at least one more month to let the sides fill in more and let it get more complete. Unless, that is, you would want a longer beard? You have plenty of growth to have a good looking long beard, so that's going to be up to you. As to the neckline, if you want to grow longer, then leave it. If you are going to shape it up a bit, then you could carve one. I would not go too high. I'd just leave it and go for another 2-3 months. You can do a slight surface trim to shape it if you wanted to do so, but I don't know that it needs it. Okay, so ... yes, it is established ... let me know if you would like me to move you over to Short Established Beards ... or ... you can stay here one more month - it's up to you, but I'd call it established! It's doing well - keep it!

The only thing I think I would do on the neckline is even it out a bit. I can't see a good picture of your neckline from the side, so I used the one underneath to show you:
I would just tidy it up a bit - you don't need much. That said, if it does not bother you or look uneven, then leave it. You don't need to do much. Generally, necklines are carved a finger's width above the adam's apple and parallel with the jawline going back to the back of the neck. In the above picture, the right side seems good naturally, you just need to even up the left side. As you age, this will probably change and I would suspect that it will even out more.
As to a long beard/trimming, look in Library Central on trimming tips. I would let it grow another month and then if you don't want the length, keep trimming the bottom until the sides fill in more (and they will fill in a bit more).
Hope that helps.
