Hi guys, I'm 22 and started growing my beard about 9 months ago, but am currently keeping it trimmed at around 4 weeks length. As you can see in the pictures, the coverage on my cheeks is a lot thinner compared to the chin and moustache area, but what you can't really see is that there is some blonde hair in there too which unfortunately makes it look sparser than it actually is. Regarding my neckline, it doesn't actually grow any lower than that so I just try to keep the line tidy.
There are some strong beards in my family on both sides (younger brother, younger cousin, and grandad) so genetically I should be ok, and my diet is generally good. As for styling, I'd like a full beard eventually but don't think I want to try any other styles.
My questions are, do you think this will fill in and darken as I get older, or is there anything I can do now? Also, do you think that growing it out longer will help to hide it a bit more or just look thin and scraggly on the cheeks, drawing attention to it?
Advice and feedback on what I have currently would also be much appreciated.
Thanks,
Harley
