Welcome to the board... you have a great start at the front and should not be concerned at all about lack of coverage in a few areas. Your beard should even up soon but don't count on big improvements on either side of the soulpatch for a while.
It does appear that your sides are developing good higher up and that along the jawline there is vellus and transitional. Give those areas 3 months and see what you have to work with. The vellus hairs will probably take longer than 3 months, but you never know.
Your pictures look good... post again in 2 weeks and say how you feel about progress at that time.

It is as I expected and your sides are in full development atm. With the length of those lighter hairs, I'd say they're transitional and each month you will see some number of them go darker [go terminal].
Just let those sides grow and get darker... soon you will be quite bearded and wonder why you ever thought to get so discouraged, even to the point of sh*ving.
On the mole... I wouldn't worry about it... you can always trim with scissors to even those hairs up. On the neckline, leave it for this month.
Now, get back to the business of growing and having patience.
