Hello everyone,
I've been reading the forum since I started my journey, on the "No shave november" of 2014. And now I've reached a point where I am quite frustaded and seeking for some words of wisdom. I suppose I fitt on the bad beard genes cursed group of men. What I could have was some decent goatee and that's all. Late 20's my moustache apears denser. But never had connectors what so ever. Sideburns are thin. Cheek coverage is low, just a bit over jaw line. I am just describing as some pics may not be good to see it.
Anyway, after been working for a long time, and having to keep a grooming standard, I am back to school, full time grad student. Last november I let it growth and decide to give my beard a try.
The thing is I have reached a point where I don't know if I should keep going for a Full Beard with handlebar, that was my desired style. Since week 8 I have not seen much improvement. I will post the pictures and coments below.
Week1 (bad neck line, I know. I've learned now.
)
ps. goatee and moustache are a week older.

Week 3

Week 8

Week 9

So, from week 8 to 9 there is now much diference, but the light was better and we can see a litle bit better the few hairs trying to be conectors.
What do you guys think, should I keep on going, or there is just playing against me now? Or is there anything you guys recomend that might help?
I sould mentioned I've been using minoxidil. Well, actually I use it for hair baldness, recomended by my doctor. But use it for the cheeks to try. When using rogaine I actually did see some new hair apearing (or so I tought). Now I change brand (Kirkland) and that is not noticeble anymore. I have to confess that I am not following the 2 times a day aplication. Normally I just put on before bed.
Well, long post, thanks for any input.
