Hey guys, I've been a pretty constant viewer of this forum for quite some time, but due to my recent graduation (I always had to be clean shaven at the school I attended) I've decided to attempt to grow some facial hair of my own! I'm 18, look pretty young for my age, and don't have the growing capabilities of some of the other teens on this board, but decided I'd make a thread anyway. (Also, ignore the tattoo. It's fake, but didn't come off as easily as I thought it was going to
.)

.) In these pictures, I have continued to shave everywhere else on my face except my mustache and goatee. The mustache is about 3 weeks of growth, and the goatee is about 2 weeks. My mustache is very blonde, which makes it very hard to see from far away, but my goatee has a lot more red in it, and is considerably darker. I didn't know how to carve a goatee, so I kind of just went for it. I also have a very large bald spot right in the middle of my goatee. I'm hoping added length will help cover it up.

I know facial hair growth can't really be determined until it's been grown out for 2-3 months, but I'm making this thread hopefully to prevent myself from caving and shaving it off. I'm not sure if I'm going to keep the goatee, but I'm hoping to grow out the mustache for at least 4-5 months.
That being said, I'd still appreciate any advice, or observations. Thanks for reading!
