As as someone who interviews a reasonable amount your beard is not a problem unless it makes you feel unconfident. To be honest someone's hairstyle facial hair etc is unimportant. They will be more interested in your skills and abilities. 

Put it on a sharp suit, nice shoes . Rock your beard and sell yourself . Good luck with the job!

I didn't apply for the job, hr contacted me. I'm confident in my ability to do the job. If anything, they would be lucky to have me. There is another company interested in me as well. At this point I'm the one being recruited by multiple companies. I also come with written testimonies of my exceptional professionalism and work ethic. 

I think im going to rock the above look and let the chips fall as they may. Either they want someone who will knock it out of the park with a patchy beard or... They can keep interviewing.
