I've had some bad luck losing my job in the middle of this process. However I've had great luck with interest in me from different companies. I didn't think I would have an interview this quickl! 

The way I look at it, the more I leave the easier it will be to try this again in the near future. I will start with a trim on a high setting and see how that looks, then probably go the side burns route. I'm going to leave those patch areas unshaven and see if I ever start growing some hair there. I made need to address it with a dermatologist at some point.
