Thanks Ol Grizz; thanks Admiral; thanks Trick. I'm glad you all enjoyed the story. These are a lot of fun to create.

Yes indeed.......GROAN!

I knew you had it in you, Gato. Wait until you read Sheriff Triibeard and the Hoarding Hermit (coming soon). You may need medical assistance after that one.

I hope there is a movie in the making

So far, the Sheriff has had no inquiries from the LEGO movie studio. Apparently there is no Western material of sufficient depth to employ the diverse and creative skills of our hero... plus I don't see the likelihood that they would base the script on such egregious abuse of the English language. I also don't have the patience to make a LEGO stop-action movie myself.

WHO IS IT?
I wonder if anyone recognized the real historical figure represented by the newspaper man. He really did start in journalism in Virginia City, Nevada, and he first used his infamous pen name while there. Most recognize him with white hair and moustache, but both were auburn red in his younger years in Nevada.

Triibeard's Thirty-NINE years of being bearded    (The recent journey from a short- to a long-beard)
Introducing LEGO-Sheriff Triibeard     (The origin story for our polymeric polychromatic hero)
Sheriff Triibeard and The Case of the Missing Beard Balm   (In search of that scoundrel RiffRaff)
Sheriff Triibeard and the Hermit Hoarder    (Consequences of acquisitiveness)

In a world of shorn faces, it is our privilege to offer those around us the exquisite opportunity to know a gentleman with a beard.
