Welcome to the Board. You have a fantastic beard, and quite honestly, you should not be focusing on the chin - no one will ever pay attention to it; they will simply accept it "as is", except for you , of course. As you will have discovered going through the initial 13 week period, beard growing is a mental process of accepting a new self-image. We tend to be hyper critical of our own achievements (largely because we have a pre-conceived notion of a model beard). Just enjoy the beard you have - it's a beaut! If you're up for it, I'll recommend that this thread of yours be moved to established short beards.

Buddha- Congrats on 13 weeks! You have an awewome beard! I don't see the chin line in your pics as you say you can see. But I know what your mean about in some lights you can see the bottom of your chin, as I have similar growth in the chin. Also, looking at your side profile pics, your chin is covered in beard! As Sean has said (see quote above), we begin growing a beard with a goal of a model beard that is extremely dense and full coverage everywhere. We are all not that lucky, but we can except what we have and rock it! I see your pictures and see a full big beard and this is what others will see as well. Nobody is going to notice the little things but you because we all tend to be really critical of our own beards. Also I think your mustache will continue to improve over the next 6-7 weeks. I have heard mustaches can take around 4.5 months to grow big and develop. A great mustache will top off an awesome beard. Keep it growing!
