Tom, your words have left me breathless. They are so full of it that you yourself mentioned: humanity. And I'm surprised that something like a beard, that others people say is hide the face behind a mask, it really does is bring out what one really is. A growing beard is undress completely. I guess. "Look, this is what I am, I let it out so you can see it", shouts the sincere man within us. Or so it seems. As I go in this forum, as I know every bearded man who make part of this community, more surprised me with his sincerity, courage and humanity. I feel really excited and happy to have come to a place like this, where the matter of which we speak is oneself, where is necesary the self-knowledge until self-acceptance. For this reason I start to feel so comfortable here. For people like you, Tom, and as others. Thanks for be a real person in this virtual word.

A man with hat and beard, once wrote:1I celebrate myself, and sing myself,And what I assume you shall assume,For every atom belonging to me as good belongs to you. I loafe and invite my soul,I lean and loafe at my ease observing a spear of summer grass. My tongue, every atom of my blood, form’d from this soil, this air,Born here of parents born here from parents the same, and their parents the same,I, now thirty-seven years old in perfect health begin,Hoping to cease not till death. Creeds and schools in abeyance,Retiring back a while sufficed at what they are, but never forgotten,I harbor for good or bad, I permit to speak at every hazard,Nature without check with original energy.image
