Tom,
It's sad to read your latest post in that the negative comments are so totally uncalled for. You say that you should practice what you preach, but sometimes (and probably all of the time) that is easier said than done. It's one thing to hear of negativity towards others, but when it hits you, you take it much more personally and it hurts deep down to your core. Those that cowardly spewed such insensitive words obviously was meant to hurt you. That in turn hurts me because you are such a wonderful and kindhearted man who does not deserve to be treated in this manner. I hope that things go well with your discussion with your mother.
It all really goes back to the golden rule. It's too bad that these rude jacka$$es don't seem to remember it. How would they feel if nasty and mean-spirited words were said to them.
This type of bully is cowardice, hiding behind others and encouraging their damaging actions.
Whether if I was bearded or not, I still would and do think that your beard is awesomely fantabulous. Try to calm down and don't let them get the best of you. Take care, my friend.
