That's not bad for 16. You haven't captured a clear shot of the moustache region, so it's hard to know exactly what you're working with there. As far as I can tell, your left side connects to your goatee, but it doesn't look like the right side's quite there yet. The hairs look a bit sparse all round, but that's fairly common when your beard's still in development, and quite common among 16 year-olds.

At this point, I'd recommend you continue growing for a couple of months, but keep expectations low. Remember, most guys your age have a long way to go before they realise their beard potential. I'd predict you'll probably be able to at least grow sideburns, maybe a goatee, and you'll probably be able to grow a chinstrap in the near future, but not much is definite when it comes to younger beard growing. I'd still say leave it untouched for a couple of months and then you'll get a better idea of what you have to work with.
