Thanks Tom E, I appreciate the encouragement!!!

One thing I was wondering is; my mustache at the corners of my mouth are starting to poke at my top lip, is there a remedy for this at this point like wax, or just deal with it until it gets longer? How long should my beard/stache get before I need to start using a comb?

Cheers!

If you can bear it, it's best to leave the mustache uncut and train it to the sides. If you keep cutting it at your lip it will never be as full. Wax would come into play after it is longer and swept to the sides to keep it out of your mouth. Your mustache looks pretty strong so I would recommend getting a comb now. I started with a Kent mustache comb but found it to be very small. Then I got their fine comb and like it for general use. I recently got their medium (12T) comb and it's good for a full beard. Kent combs are pricier than drug store combs but worth it.
