Howdy, McGoose! As you well know, of course, safety is a top priority in the workplace, and wearing the right PPE (personal protective equipment) is key to working safely in any potentially hazardous environment.

A fair amount of the PPE used today is made of high-impact plastic -- very similar, in fact, to what LEGOs are made of. So, the little Sheriff convinced me that he WAS his own PPE, and so it was redundant to wear additional material.

He does often wear a wide-brimmed hat (he's quite pleased with his newest one with a gold star on it) to keep the sun's UV rays from affecting the plastic. It must work -- ever see a wrinkly LEGO?
