I don't actually have a Scottish accent, but my grandmother was. As well as 2 other great grandparents being Scottish. My actual accent is the subject for another thread I guess.

My issue was more how much of a difference it actually makes. When I had long hair, I didn't notice any difference between the really expensive brush that my ex bought me and then the cheapo one that I got after that.

Yes I get that the ridges in the pressing of the teeth will cause issues, but really... I think my beard will survive. It'll probably even "sandpaper" those ridges down.

But I may be wrong. I'm often wrong. I am not an expert even in the slightest.

Hence why I am asking how much of a difference it makes. Not so much for me given that I have a proper comb on the way, but for others.
