So week 13 is history, and for the first time, at 33, I manage to let my beard grow this far. As I said previously, it didn't reach what I wanted, but I an embracing it, finally.
And guess what, against all odds
, I am willing to keep on going and see if I can get anything else of it!
So I still see some new hair poping out in my cheek, there is a lot of thin hairs, others mature but still short..., although I don't illude miself thinking it will cover, at least I think I can give some more time to see if I can raise my cheek line a bit (more like a jaw line now), or even if those loner guys connecting my stache to my beard can receive some company.
Anyway, depending on the grooming, my beard looks denser or weaker. So I am thinking on triming a bit, specially on the jaw line, as the lengh is taking the volume away, (if that makes sense), and maybe triming a bit on it can make it blend better with the late bloomers and give some density. Any thoughts on this?
Second triming thoughts are sideburns, should I doo some fade to reach my hair? I say that because is a litle weird the curling hair poping on the sideburns. So I am thinking on trimming from the tip of my ear lobe up.
Third, the stache, should I trim it a bit? The curling on the left side is bad, some hairs curve out of my face, weird, I am thinking that if a trim the tip it can get some support from the body of the mustache.
Well, here are some pictures:
