The colors, coverage and development looks great. It was not fair to race you, since I'm about 3 weeks ahead. But I can assure you, i went through the same stage as you around that time. Brushing and wax helps. plus, I trimmed my mustache after 4/5 weeks of growth. That may make things easier for the moment. I don't suggest you should trim it, but now I have that super annoying stray hairs, that you might experience as well atm. So that just delayed things for me, unless I clean up again - and I'm very close to it.

For the haircut, I have the same issue, because I used to shave off the hair on my head and growing it out now as well. It's too short for a real haircut atm, as yours might be as well. I'd suggest to grow it out with the beard. The hair on the head grows slower, so you might find a decent haircutter when you hit the 13 weeks mark and could get all done then, haircut and surface trim - probably.

For my case, I guess I hold on to the 13 weeks mark, get my surface trim by myself, grow it out for another month and then go to the haircutter. Maybe a strategy for you as well. The hair on the head does look strange as well when you're regrowing it - for some time. But that is just another phase of growth.

Keep on! Dominik
