AWESOME resource thread!  I don't have many products, I just use Grandpas Pine Tar soap twice a week, some Leven Rose beard oil I got for Christmas from my wife, and a cheap comb. My next purchase will probably be a good Kent comb, but so far the cheapie isn't ripping my hair out or causing any damage...I don't think.  The beard oil is just jojoba and argan oil and works well.  One thing I really like about it, it doesn't have a fragrance at all. So, if you wanted, you could add your own essential oils for whatever smell you like.

It's fairly cheap, at around $13 bucks, but you can probably just buy some jojoba oil and get the same results.  The argan is nice though!  Once again, awesome thread especially to a beard grooming newbie like myself!

In 1567, Hans Steininger, the burgomaster of Braunau (then Bavaria, now Austria), died when he broke his neck by tripping over his own beard. The beard, which was 4.5 feet (1.4 m) long at the time, was usually kept rolled up in a leather pouch. --source (Beard Responsibly, my friends)
