I still think you have one of the prettiest beards on the board. And I mean that as a compliment!! Ok, maybe it doesn't make you look like you're going to hunt down an elk with your bare hands and eat it raw! But it does look like it was airbrushed on with amazing attention for detail. I want to reach out and touch it!

But I bet if you let it grow (so, you're no longer at a bank on the beach?), it might get wilder and bushier. If you do, you'll have to train the stache (I'm sure you know the drill) or you trim at the lip's edge and let all the hairs cascade over the lower layers so that it all looks one length. That way you have more bulk but it's not in your mouth. I actually have the opposite "problem": my stache gets way too big and bushy too fast. It's one of the main reasons that I keep my beard short: otherwise my face gets taken over (and the contrast cheeks / front gets too strong). I know, boo hoo.
