Looks great, Triibeard. I really like the neat and uniform taper - a very classic shape. The contrast to your scalp hair is also very striking. Happy bearding and a great start in 2015, my fellow beardsman! smile.gif
Thank you, Dantes. No one is more surprised about the head hair color than me. I can't explain why the snow only fell below my ears. My mom's dad had a thinning head of silver hair in his later years, but I never saw him with any facial hair in life or in pictures when he was a young man.

it always throws me a little when i see your head of hair! I still think it violates the unwritten rule that only the bald can have big beards. . . . but alas so many terrific exceptions.

Your beard is one of my favorite white beards, Not gray, but bright white. It looks terrific. Not sure how you get that cool shape.
Brodine, DNA seems to write the rules of this game, and we beard with the genes we get dealt. Mine can't hold a candle to yours -- or anything else for that matter. It rejects and discards anything I try to put in there. The shape comes from some beard balm and some coaxing with a open-bristle styling brush and a warm blow dryer. It seldom stays in that shape for long, since a slight draft will move it around.

Love the Year-end pics! Not enough guys here post pictures of themselves smiling. I think it is the best way to show what your beard actually looks like since most of the time when we are interacting with people we aren't just blankly staring at them. Plus you have a great smile!
Thanks, ScarfFace. My wife says the smile and blue eyes (and a red shirt for good measure) are what Santa-fy my white beard. The blonde hair is an anomaly best covered by a red hat with white fur trim.

Triibeard those are great pics as always! Lego Trii looks pretty good also! Thanks for all you have done to help me get where I am with my beard. Although I failed to stay long as I wanted Im quite happy with the fact that I have a nice beard and a new look. Like so many guys here you encouraged me and kept me on the path of bearded! I thank you a lot and wish for you a great 2015 as well! You are very much appreciated in these parts for sure!
Kiz, you have made great progress into the bearded life, and you do a great job making it look really good. You failed at nothing along the journey, and you have a lifetime to continue enjoying it -- even trying other styles if you wish.

Best wishes to everyone for a very Happy New Year and continued joy in being bearded.
