Evening gents, hope you're all right and had a great Christmas with your loved ones!

Here I come with the four weeks update. Only thing worth mentioning is that I've trimmed the goat back a little (just the chin, not the soul patch) to blend it in better with the surrounding area. It's a tactical move I'd more or less planned from the start, and I think it worked rather well, so I don't figure I'll need to do anything more from now on. Everything  is growing pretty much as expected, honestly I'm not holding my breath about those sides but I'm resisting the temptation to grab the trimmer, out of sheer curiosity if nothing else.

Happily reporting that despite all the scruff crawling up my face I haven't had a single full-blown bad day so far.

I spent the holidays back home with my family, and I was expecting a bit of ribbing especially from my mother's side, but eventually the blow came from an unexpected direction - on Christmas day we were browsing through old family pictures when we came across this pictures of my dad circa 1979

at which he laughed and off-handedly said "Yeah, that was some beard, nevermind that thing of yours"... man, that stung ! but he's got a competitive streak and I think this is just his way of getting back at me after finding out that I can deadlift more than he can if anything, I can see now who gave me my own growth pattern. I wish he grew it back, but he's made it clear that he can no longer be bothered with the upkeep.

Other than that, here come the pictures.

Front, with complimentary beard smirk - and man, that stache is my pride and joy these days.

Looks like I've actually grown some connectors since my first attempt...

That's all for now, all the best till next week!
