Yes, your chin growth looks quite strong! Don't give up on your 'stache and soul patch yet - it's way too early. I'd like to see you grow them out for at least 2 months ... there could be some slower growing hairs that have not appeared - I generally tell guys to wait until 7-8 weeks before giving up on them. Don't worry about the bald spot - first, no one looks under there and, second, yes, length should help cover it. Additionally, when it gets long enough it will lay down and gravity will pull it from your chin, so, don't worry about it! As to the style, don't sweat it for now, just let it grow and see how it looks before deciding how to style it. You actually need to see how it fills in to figure out how it will look on you. Others may have other opinions, but above all, keep it growing!
