Hi foolloader, I agree with ScarfFace, dump the cheeks for now and concentrate on the goatee and moustache. Not sure why you think you have very little testosterone. Lots of men with high testosterone levels don't have good beard growth. It's your genetics that determine your beard growth. The testosterone just kind of kicks the beard growing genes into doing what they're meant to do, but you need to have the genes there. Try again with the cheeks in a couple of years, your beard may have more maturing to do.
