I didn't start growing my beard yet.  I only have a mustache.  So, I don't have any pictures.  I'm seeking advice.  When I grew previous beards, after a few weeks I always shaved them, because of a lot of grey.   My questions:  Would stubble or a goatee show less grey?  Would grey stubble make a guy look a lot older?  Would stubble with a lot of grey look like I was too lazy to shave?  I'm sure many guys have the same concern.  We want facial hair without the grey showing too much.
Not to negate any of your concern, but you need to accept what's happening for you and whether that's a full beard or a stubble beard. Whichever kind of beard you have whether full or stubble you'll be able to see the grey.  You can either rail against it, fight with coloring (yes fight because contrary to what Clairol says it's not easy and it's messy) or you can accept what you've been dealt.
