Most men wondered why this was even newsworthy. Most women sit on the edge of their seat watching the Kim Cardassian Show and other shows on the lifestyle of vacous irrelevant airheads with rich daddies. Most men then wonder if buying that big flatscreen was such a good idea after all. Most women gobble up entertainment and tabloid magazines at the grocery store. Most men wonder if they'd actually lose IQ points reading them. Most women flock to the latest fashions they are supposed to wear this season. Most men wonder why their shopping mall has 5 acres of clothing and shoe stores and no electronics or autopart store. OK, so maybe it's not *most*, but in all of the above it is overwhelmingly women that get caught up in that crap. Women, and yes there are lots of exceptions, are usually the ones who get caught up in this pop culture crap and allow their opinions and actions to controlled by this group-think. In the US at least, we live in a very misandric culture where women = good, men = bad (so misandric that Firefox's spell checker doesn't even recognize the word but it damn well knows misogynistic!) . So if you combine the female tendency for superficial group think and the fact that there's nothing more male than a beard, is it any wonder women tend to dislike beards? "But women mature faster than men" ==> MY ASS THEY DO!
