Thanks for the compliments, guys!

Rick - I take a multivitamin, vitamin D, and omega-3's daily. I've been taking them for years for overall health, not specifically beard growth. Other than that I don't take any supplements, but I do eat very well. I'm currently a Nutrition student, so I know the importance of a nutritious diet to every aspect of health.

I also have a cool story to share with everyone. I just finished writing a Physiology exam, and ran into my TA afterwards. I asked if he had time to answer a question, and he replied "Does your question have to do with that wicked beard?" He's the first person aside from my family and close friends to acknowledge me as "bearded" and give me a compliment (aside from you guys). It felt really good!
