Your beard is coming on strong [as expected]... you have plenty of younger coverage on the way and that is going to make a big difference in the next month or two... mentally, you are becoming prepared to have this beard be your normal look. All the pieces are lining up... keep it going, let it happen, embrace it.
I wouldn't be trimming anything at this point. With your beautiful wavy and bulked out head hair, a bulked out beard is going to be a real eye catcher. Don't wait too long to experiment with the stache... bulking there is also a good thing and training it horizontal will allow that to happen.
From the undercarriage picture, I'd say a tuneup of the neckline might give you a better look. Also, you are at the point where the hair below the ear can be addressed. The question is whether you want that corner so low or should it come up just a bit. Study Schnoz's journey thread as he went through this decision... it took almost a year. There you will learn the pros and cons... and if you don't understand something, send him a PM... he has great advice and would be willing to help you.

It's natural to be concerned about some areas of your beard when you are growing at such a young age. But you must realize that you have tremendous coverage on the sides, your stache is strong and you are already getting good coverage below the lip. In the closeup picture of the stache and area below the lip, those sections seem to be coming along just fine. But then, looking at the last picture, the stache and underlip parts don't show as strong as the sides. That could just be the lighting but definitely you have the makings of strong coverage in those parts also.
I suggest you try not to worry about your coverage because it will be here before you realize... but in the meantime, look closely at your strongest parts and tell yourself that you are becoming very nicely bearded. This repetition of saying it out loud will refocus your brain to the strong areas and worry about the other areas will become minor. It's just going to take time for you mental acceptance to catch up with the physical progress you have already made. When it does... you have beard acceptance.
