Hey all. I'm 18 going on 19. I've been shaving since I was about 13/14, thing is it's always only been on the upper lip. In the past 2 years some
thin sideburns have been creeping down my face, and in the last year facial hair has sprouted on my chin and neck. I'd really like a beard, and I believe
with time I could achieve it. The thing that stops me from sticking to it is the density and speed at which my moustache grows. I'm all for beards, but
I'm not keen on looking like a long haired, glass-less Ned Flanders, which resembles my appearance as about two weeks growth (with the rest of my facial
hair lagging far, far behind).
Something I've noticed is most people I know that grow facial hair are the reverse of me. They all have scraggly moustaches, and impressive chins. I find it very strange that so few people I've met reflect my body's preference of hair growth.
Anyway, I'm just asking for information/tips/advice and critique on my situation. Thanks.
