"Hard guys" beard question

Disclaimer: I work at a gun shop, so my opinion may be biased.

Have you ever noticed that bearded/tattooed guys tend to be more heavy-hitters, as in ex-military, etc.?

I get a lot of guys in the shop that are of all ages (from WWII to Korea to VietNam to current wars) that come in.

Many are heavily tattooed with some type of beard.

They're usually the nicest guys, but boy, you wouldn't want to cross them.

Hi,
I just signed up to this forum, looking online for help on the beard that I have been trying to grow for quite a while. The fact that it's blonde makes it hard to see and I guess it grows somewhat slow. After reading some of the stuff on this forum my confidence has really went up in this and I guess I will just have to wait longer for my beard to take shape. So thanks guys for your posts and replies!

I shaved it into a large goat and sideburns...I'm not quite sure how I feel about the goat though. I may get rid of it tomorow and just keep the sideburns. Tell me what you think.

One Month Goatee!....with a little problem

So today is exactly 4 weeks since I have been growing out my goat and stache. They look OK I guess. I have comments of, "trying to grow out a beard"...so its not super noticeable.

Beard Bald patch?

I've got a small circle right under my chin where no hair grows. Not even an invisible fuzzy one, it's totally bald. Is this just part of the beard growing progress, or what? It seems odd as it's the only bald patch of my beard that I've so far noticed. Excluding moustache connectors of course.

Guys I am in hiding...

I don't want to be seen until I have done what I have set out to do...but I have a question...

My stash...it completely covers my top lip now. I am unsure as to how to deal with this...I don't want to trim it, but its always in my mouth. How do you deal with this?

Well guys, I trimmed the goatee so that it would be squared off, and shaved it to a solo goatee (although I do have 12 days of growth on my sideburns. Not ready to show yet though)

I like how it's shaped on the neck now, too.

Didn't go through with the chinstrap. Still have the epic sideburns and goatee though, and I'm letting the goatee grow a lot longer.

Greetings everyone! Back again for another boring update I guess lol. Thought I'd post another update on my progress so far. Well been a total of 50 days that I've been growing so far, so just a day over 7 weeks....I'm still not really satisfied with it yet. Just needs more time...as usual

i have using minox for 1 month and got alot of light hairs where i apply and need to now, how long it will take to see them at least lttle dark ?? and do u think its good to shave them to speed up the growing ??

Good News, Bad News and Good News from the Bearded1

It has been a while since I posted on this board, but some of you may remember me. The good news is that I decided at the end of September to regrow my full beard. So far I am pleased with the results. The bad news is the church I pastor burned to the ground 2 weeks ago. I would like for you all to remember us during this difficult time.
